90 minute INSET - De-escalation - tools for your behaviour toolkit | Tools for your behaviour toolkit - this INSET session aimed at all staff offers advice and expertise from IET MAT in how to de-escalate situations alongside other useful behaviour tools | £350 |
90 minute INSET - A trauma informed approach to education | What is a trauma informed approach to education and what are the benefits? Looking at ACEs as well as how to adapt your approach to students who have had trauma. Aimed at all staff. | £350 |
90-120 minute INSET - Who am I? | Looking at types of special needs and other experiences young people have that can impact on their schooling with tips and hints as to how to support these students. To include Attachment, ASD, ADHD, ODD/PDA, Self-harm, Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. Aimed at all staff. | £350 |
90 minute Bespoke INSET/Training - EHCPs for Behaviour | Bespoke INSET/Training to help bust the myth that behaviour is not a special need and will not result in an EHCP. Aimed at either SLT or SENDCOs or both with the aim of making sure students get the support they need in a timely fashion and if needed gain an EHCP to help them stay in the mainstream. | £300 |

Student Observations | 60-90 minute student observation and discussion, plus discussions with staff working with the student, culminating in verbal feedback to SLT and Key Staff providing strategies to support the student going forward. A written report can be provided following the visit for an additional charge. The cost is negotiable if more than one student is to be observed in a single day. | £200 per student £100 per report |
Behaviour Review - Full day review with practical tips for improving whole school behaviour and policy | NLE (and others) doing a full day review of behaviour. Either concentrating on certain aspects or year groups or to advise the school on whole school policy/initiatives to improve behaviour. Further details on partner school experiences of this including case studies available by request. | £600 |
An effective Inclusion Room - Half day visit | Are you thinking of setting up an Inclusion Room or an Intervention Centre? A visit from IET MAT (DE or AS) to discuss what you could do and how you could do it. Would then suggest some of the above training for people that will staff the room as well as bespoke INSET where required. Aimed at the SLT and/or Behaviour/Inclusion Leads. | £300 |
IET Outreach Mentoring | One of the IET Outreach Mentors to provide mentoring within your school to either individuals or small groups. 12 weekly sessions - full day each week Cost per day = £280 Total cost = £3,360 | £3,360 |
IET Outreach Therapy | One of the IET Outreach Therapists to provide therapy within your school to either individuals or small groups. 12 weekly sessions - full day each week Cost per day = £300 Total cost = £3,600 | £3,600 |
IET Outreach PSHE Sessions | Our Outreach Team can offer 60-120 minute sessions focusing on one of the below topics for both students, staff and parents - the sessions are bespoke based on the needs of the target audience
